First off, when it comes to the building process of a custom home, we have developed a process that is by far the most efficient and effective for your time and money. It is designed with the customer being our #1 priority. The process is broken down into four simple steps:
Gathering Information:
In this phase we go over all the amenities required to make the home fit your lifestyle, family, and dream. We will also go over the budget and other key factors for your dream home.
Designing & Drafting:
This is where we discuss the specifications of your dream home. For example, room sizes, style of the home, location of the property, elevations etc. Basically we will have a complete set of floor plans when we are done with this phase, we can also take you through a virtual tour of your dream home through our 3-D architect program. This will help you make a very informed decision on the design/structure of your dream home.
Contracting:
It begins with first the approval of your floor plan and the budget set for your dream home, making sure all the details fit seamlessly with your lifestyle, family, and dream. Once everything is approved we require your signature on the construction contract and you will need to secure financing from your choice of lender(s). Than we will submit your plans for approval with the city in which your property is located.
Building:
The most exciting phase of them all! Once all the other phases are completed and approved by the customer, we began the construction of your dream home. The basic order of construction is standard with first ground breaking and building a foundation to handing the keys over to you of your finished Dream Home.
